Ink Connect is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Event Staff members to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, supporting in-person promotional activities, and representing brands in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with setting up and organizing event spaces and promotional displays.
* Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.
* Represent client brands during in-person promotional activities.
* Share accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
* Answer general questions and direct attendees to the appropriate team members when needed.
* Help maintain clean, organized, and professional event spaces.
* Distribute approved promotional materials when needed.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Comfortable standing for extended periods and assisting with event setup.
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on scheduled events.
