Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software development with a particular emphasis on React JS. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using React JS.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the development process.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in React JS, including experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and deployment processes.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
